Please contact us promptly with a clear photograph of the issue. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Items showing signs of use, scratches, or damage from mishandling will not be accepted.
For exchange requests due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect orders), approval will be required, and the item must remain in its original condition.
RETURNS POLICY
As our products are custom-made to order, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was received. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return request. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and ensuring its safe delivery to our designated address. Once we receive the returned item, we will process an exchange or refund within 2 to 7 working days, as preferred.
